G Plan Vintage Agatha Armchair in Blue Fabric and Walnut

A beautifully made G Plan Vintage Agatha armchair, combining classic mid-century inspiration with modern comfort and craftsmanship. Upholstered in a rich deep blue fabric and framed by elegant exposed American walnut show wood arms, the chair presents a refined and architectural silhouette that works effortlessly in both contemporary and traditional interiors.

The design features a supportive buttoned back cushion and generous seat, offering excellent comfort while maintaining the clean, structured lines associated with British mid-century furniture. The sculpted walnut arms and tapered legs give the piece a strong visual presence while remaining inviting and practical for everyday use.

Produced as part of the G Plan Vintage collection, the Agatha range draws inspiration from the iconic British designs of the late 1950s and early 1960s. G Plan originally revolutionised British furniture in the post-war period by introducing well-designed, high-quality pieces that were accessible to modern households, and the Vintage range respectfully reinterprets these celebrated forms for today’s interiors.

This example remains in excellent condition, showing very little wear and ready to place immediately within a living room, reading corner or studio setting.
